Add usmarapride (5ht4 ag) for synergy, ALCAR/choline for piracetam, GTS-21 as tropisetron alt. Cycle to avoid tolerance.

In my experience it has been very good at giving insane focus while bot being so strong that it causes jitteryness, your mind is basically just faster and motivation is like never before
