I dont wanna risk diabetes type 2, so here is my plan to not get diabetes:
Eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner high protein meals such as eggs, chicken, beef and fruits that do not contain a lot of sugar, im gonna also cut out sugar and finally i will inject 3 hours after eating dinner. I forgot to mention 3x cardio a week. Wyd y'all think?
