Daily routine:
- 2x 20 Neck Curls
- 2x 20 Chin Tucks
- 15min Masseter Gum Training
- 2x 12-15 Zygo Pushing
- 2x 12-15 like this eye squinting orbital training
- 2x 12-15 mouth pops for the muscle around your mouth (idk what its called lwk)
- 2x 2min Thumb pulling
Please tell me if something is cope or what i should also do to ascend.
