- 2x 20 Neck Curls
- 2x 20 Chin Tucks
- 15min Masseter Gum Training
- 2x 12-15 Zygo Pushing
- 2x 12-15 like this eye squinting orbital training
- 2x 12-15 mouth pops for the muscle around your mouth (idk what its called lwk)
- 2x 2min Thumb pulling
Please tell me if something is cope or what i should also do to ascend.

cope the only thing that works there is chin tucks and neck curls and theyre exercises for neck muscles

Chewing gum and hard foods is good if you're still developing. Maintain good posture as well.

this guy is completely correct, but I'd recommend getting dermal fillers or cheek implants, if u want a softmax take vitamin k2+d3 but it only works if ur in puberty

Stop listening everyone, yes neck excersises help but stop using wtv fucking method you see online, maybe masseter training can help you but it only looks good on some people. Instead of doing these freaking pushing just get a MSE/MARPE and you're good

Nothing works expect chin tucks neck training and 15 mins masseter gum training isn’t gonna do shit
