It all sounds good but make sure the diet is also good. Most supplements and vitamins are bunk and/or tough to absorb fully.
Don't listen to the other guy, collagen is good at any age and is proven to grow larger tendons and improve muscle mass.

Personally i think most multivitamins and fish oil is trash that does nothing. I also wouldnt do ashwagandha or tongkat ali longterm either. Only cycle them.
