if your face cant be fixed by a le fort 1 then it wont be fixed by a lefort 2/3 unless you have a genuine deformity like they guy in op's pic

Not always, certain people have asymmetry that extend well above the lefort 1 line, I was thinking maybe a lefort 2 or 3 can be used for cosmetics to fix a maxillary cant/distortion.

But I as far as I know there are 0 doctors that give lefort 2 or 3 unless you are genuinely deformed.

You seem to know quite a bit about orthognathic surgery. I heard that sometimes lefort 1 can be better than 2 or 3 because it is easier to do downgrafting and CCW rotation. Do you agree with this?

It's depends what you expect from surgery.
anyways popular doctor do it like Sin in USA or Andrev in Russian, alot of Brazilian and Korean china do it too

Only one who refused to do it are the one on the center tbh.
