this is the result (before on left, after (original) on right) i am expecting but i feel like there is very little change PSL wise (this was also the first nigger i could think of so dont judge)

is it worth it? don't tell me its all about the bones please i have solid projection im just too fat at 12%. he has more zygo projection/mass (size) than me but if i were to get this result/level of change would it be a big upgrade (generally speaking) or is it no difference more or less

buccal fat extends more than people think. potentially dissolving closer to the cheeks would give a similar appearance though my cheeks are relatively more hollow than my zygomatic arches are prominent from the side if that makes sense

so dissolving just the cheeks would give me more hollow cheeks which i dont need. and hollow cheeks arent striking. bone is striking

yes so maybe nasolabial folds again if i still think they are too much but i had little/an average amount to begin with and injected a lot today so its possible ill be satisfied. we'll see in a week depending on what others in this thread think

Dude awful it’s my first time actually doing on my face and my nasolabial folds are so fucking plumped (literally from being 90% flat to looking like sausages) and stinging quite a bit

On the bright side the swolllen parts are the exact areas I actually wanted to dissolve so even though swelling spreads a bit it didn’t spread to anywhere I didn’t want to touch. Just hoping my spacing was good now so the final result looks smooth and natural

Malar fat is the fat under cheek bones there’s guides on here from that one Indian scammer, the results look good for removal

0.5 mL and yes im extremely swollen in that area. Its looking a 50% better this morning though but still noticeable hopefully by tomorrow I’ll only look slightly puffy then be back to normal by Friday

Well you have to remember it’s 0.5 mL over just the fold which is maybe an eighth of your cheek by area. I did 2 mL submentally too and am not nearly as swollen because it’s over a larger area and I’ve done it in that area before. I mean maybe I did too little but the standard here is 0.25 mL per fold and people say the results aren’t noticeable

hey thanks man its my first time doing it in this area. i figured since the result has always been subtle for me even while injecting the upper limit of 0.3 mL in a single spot that i'm willing to take the risk for some minor reduction

Probably but it’s like you swell for a week or two max so you can look better for the next few years. Pretty good trade off if you ask me

No but I will try later this week by doing UC on my submental region once my machine arrives. I only have 1.5 mL of aqualyx left so I won’t be doing another session submentally but just further treating that area

I don’t even think I have very much fat left anyway except right under my chin which is hard to pin (hard to grab). if anything it’s a slightly low hyoid issue that doesn’t give me model tier definition

swelling for 2 weeks = you wont look 100% as "debloated"/not puffy as you did pre-op

ive read the buccal fat pad doesnt even contribute to facial leanness and only makes u age if gone. also to counteract the bloat just do eplerenone i think it might work

uc under submental area is good for giving u the crazy submental defintion and chin defination from the front; also training ur neck unironcailly helps with hyoid
