Height is dependant on genes, but you have a maximum achievable, as in - if you eat/ sleep enough during puberty,

Not everyone turns out to be the expected height
Environment also plays a big factor nevertheless the genetics.

For example I was expected to be 6’1 based on my parents height but look where I am now… 5’10 which isn’t bad but I wish I was taller
