So I am OBSESSED with bodybuilding, training, macros, diet, etc. Very meticulous about logging in everything I eat into Myfitnesspal, tracking my macros and I get stressed out when eating out because I don't know the macro content of the food. Constantly monitoring my physique and have BDD (Always want to be bigger/leaner). I don't TOUCH recreational normie drugs like alcohol/weed because it will hinder my progress. I am also obsessed with performance enhancement and constantly scouring the internet for drugs/supplements that will help me improve in all areas of life. This is a good thing, but can it come across as aspie to people? Maybe I should just not talk about anything I do and act like I just work out a few times a week and that's that?

i think its a trait im high functioning autistic but not aspie and i have great obsession in topping anyone in physical sports. it has to do with 2d4d ratio and most autistic people have severe obession in sports and shit

Yeah I think it's just an obsession with perfection and improving yourself. The key is to make it look natural and not like you're planning everything out. If someone asks about your workout or diet just be vague about it and be like yeah I workout a couple times a week.

No its not, improving yourself is never an aspie trait
but some people will look at you as an aspie if you don't have the body to back it up or if you talk about it 24/7
