I don't wanna try all the stupid stuff people say on tiktok because most of it is bullshit and no one really knows if it actually works or not. I'm just gonna improve my testosterone, go to the gym, correct my posture and have good myofunction habits (I know it sounds retarded but if im slouched and shit all the time and got forward neck posture im pretty sure thatll make things worse) and this should help me look better by a year from now right? Im in a spot where im kinda cooked but all the stuff that typically changes during puberty would improve most of them
