Is this an okay plan for next year to look better?

I don't wanna try all the stupid stuff people say on tiktok because most of it is bullshit and no one really knows if it actually works or not. I'm just gonna improve my testosterone, go to the gym, correct my posture and have good myofunction habits (I know it sounds retarded but if im slouched and shit all the time and got forward neck posture im pretty sure thatll make things worse) and this should help me look better by a year from now right? Im in a spot where im kinda cooked but all the stuff that typically changes during puberty would improve most of them

ur age determines what good these thnigs does for you,ofc ur gonna get benefits but how much if ur like 30 right?if ur a teenager itll %100 help u get a glow up
 
How exactly do you plan on improving your testosterone?

And yeah, improving tongue posture is somewhat helpful, general posture aswell, but this is not going to drastically change your development or anything. Good idea with the diet/cardio/gym though

Well I gotta research it a little more but I need to get more sunlight, going to the gym, I already sleep 8 hours but im gonna be doing that, and eating better
