I’m not sure if this is true for me, I’ll do a very long walk in the future and see if it hurts the areas u said.u 100% get lower back pain when u walk a lot and feel a sore core (talking like 30k steps)
I also have flat feet so maybe it contributed to the apt. This is my plan to fix my postural issues so far, lemme know:when u relax the center of gravity is a bit fucked so your upper back takes all the load, its really bad do not do this or it will cause a fuck ton more problems, try to stand and sit in a way like someone is pulling a string up ur skull.
I don’t think soactually you might be pretty strong on the deadlifts due to how much compensation your lower back is doing.

-Flat Feet: Calf raises 2-3 sets 15-30 reps, Big toe raises 2-3 sets 15-30 reps, Arch lift 30 secs

Height Growth as an Adult? Once your growth plates are closed, most people think it's over unless you get LL Surgery. I may have found a way to elongate the bones, without endochondral ossification (growth plate growth). Now we know banded sleeping works for spinal decompression and gives 1-2...looksmax.org

Yea I hit 200kilo deadlift natty 4th time ever purely because of how bad my apt wasactually you might be pretty strong on the deadlifts due to how much compensation your lower back is doing.
