Every single day from 14-16 I sit in my room and drink either a half gallon of raw milk or a gallon of whole milk and I lay there paralyzed on my bed and on the verge of throwing up but I feel like it's the reason I'm 6'3 my mom is 5'0 and my Dad is 5'9 do I need to stop doing this

I'm lean as can be, Ik enough about nutrition it's pretty easy to count calories and fat Im 6'3 about 185 maybe 11% body fat and I've been doing this for years
