Zygo / Mandibular angle implants. I'm having those in may + genio revision (already had trimax). I was advised to be very careful with zygo since they can make you look very uncanny / bloated if they have too much lateral projection.

you can do bimax and a number of different implants at once with pagnoni.

Lol no bone smashing was not the only thing that helped him ascend, he also unreleased his maxilla which helped him look like how he used to as a kid, and then obviously chewed 3 hours a day, then lastly look at his timeline.. 3 years of doing this, no this won't work in 3-4 months, 3 years and he became a full blown Chad.
