150g uncooked basmati rice 533 kcal
200g broccoli 68 kcal 300 mg potassium
200g carrot 82 kcal 640 mg potassium
120g tomato 23 kcal 284 mg potassium
300g yoghurt 702 mg potassium 189 kcal
30g chia seed 147 kcal 240 mg potassium
2 bananas 210 kcal 845 mg potassium
Oats 100g 389 calories 429 mg potassium
Whole Milk 500 ml 309 calories 737 mg potassium
200g chicken 330 kcal
Random assortment of vegetables I shake for about 200kcal and a sizable amount of potassium.
50 g peanut butter 300 kcal 227 mg potassium
Protein powder 2 servings 300 kcal
About 3000 kcal plus dinner with family rounds it off to 3400-3500 kcal or about 300 calories above my TDEE.
About 7000+ mg potassium.
Good diet?

Yes. I wake up early and have little else to do. I have mandatory classes only 2 days a week, and I skip a good amount of them.
 
Judging by the potassium I’m guessing your planning to be debloated 24/7 that correct?
 
sounds good but I doubt it'll last for long.

More to nutrition than potassium and debloating jfl. Diet is complete shit. Only good thing is the whole milk but it’s probably store bought too

Micronutrients and macros are good imo. You have a gripe with the amount of processed foods? I can't afford more meat + I neglected to mention I eat a good amount of fruit as well.
