That's just increasing the weight when you reach 12x reps of 3 sets rightevery workout is legit if you commit progressive overload as a beginner.
yeah simple and easy for first 6~10 months but after than that you gonna push yourself together to commit it. just hop on some workout program that you can commict 3~6 times in a week, you'll be good. That's just increasing the weight when you reach 12x reps of 3 sets right
Seems really simple
How does it become harder later? Can you elaborate? You get too comfortable and stop going as hard?yeah simple and easy for first 6~10 months but after than that you gonna push yourself together to commit it. just hop on some workout program that you can commict 3~6 times in a week, you'll be good.
well, first of all committing anything that progress far and far is really hard. it's same for studying, for workouts, for anything basically. How does it become harder later? Can you elaborate? You get too comfortable and stop going as hard?
I basically train 2 days then take a day off. If you allow at least 48 hours for the muscle to recover after training, and you train each muscle 2 times a week, then your program is decent. Don’t worry about it. Just remember these two things.@IwantToLooksMaxx
