Many times you may had heard that super skinny people would have high metabolisms and could almost eat whatever they wanted, while some thicker persons could have slow metabolism and could gain weight faster.

Is there really a big difference existing among these natural metabolisms or is it just the appetite, which varies strongly so thinner people think that they eat more, while thicker peopler think the opposite?

And I am talking about the natural metabolisms not if just anyone does more sports and more steps, rather if they just burn like 600-1000 calories more, because of their genetic metabolism.

I am grateful about every helping thread:feelsmage:

unless they have a thyroid disease, a fast/slow metabolism is mostly cope and matters less than 5-10% of total daily calories. the people who say they can eat whatever are simply not tracking calories.

yes. people are notoriously bad at estimating how many calories they consume daily
