no. that's just a strong mandible with good forward growth not an underbite

yep he's extremely recessed too he should get a buzz for summer, maybe look into 2kg of sugar a day to spike insulin and increase bonemass, get heel filler, will definetly help him, high ROI procedure

jokes aside and on a serious note, his jaw and bite are absolutely fine. has a pretty good side (going off of the first pic)
