Is this heightmaxxing guide legit?

If you have bad posture, the stretching will help you obviously and sprinting might help with your hormones but I think the evidence is very inconclusive. Everything else will not help and will not impact your height relative to your genetic height maximum in any noticeable way. The microfractures are a sure way to damage your bone structure over time for no reason lol.

If it is really of concern to you either look into peptides and suchlike (though I still question their effectiveness heavily, especially if you are over 16ish) or LL.

It works similarly to LL although there isn't conscience evidence to prove how effective it is if effective at all, we're basically relying on a theory that makes sense and also "trust me bro". I don't see how it can damage the bone when it'll come back denser and stronger.
