Scapular Retractions: 12 reps (Hold 5s)
Cat-Cow Spine Reset: 8 reps
Final Tongue Vacuum Holds: 2 reps x 30 seconds
Afternoon :
Chin tucks 10 reps (Hold 5s)
Seated Scapular Retractions: 12 reps
Shoulder Rolls (Backwards only): 10 reps
Ear-to-Shoulder Side Tilts: 5 reps each side
Tongue Waves: 2 sets x 10 reps
Final Tongue Vacuum Holds: 2 reps x 30 seconds
Evening :
Doorway Chest Stretch: 3 reps x 30 seconds
Supine Axial Extensions: 10 reps (Hold 5s)
