I am kinda coping but not 100% cause I can't do any hardmaxxes rn. I'm 16 1/2 still growing. I'm planing on getting on hgh when I turn 17 but I don't know how to hide it from my parents cause you have to refrigriant hgh. My plan is to hide it in a vitamin bottle.

fish oils, k2, a good b complex and maybe glucosamine. collagen is also good.

i took only 400 mg of magnesium oxide and i had it. when i changed it to 200 mg it stopped
