Is this level of jawline achievable ?

Try completely mewing, like sticking all your tongue to the roof of your mouth to the point where you can not breath anymore, so that it takes out all the fat you have and show you the true shape of your jawline.
Now is this level of jawline-showing achieveable if I lose enough weight ? I'm kinda skinny-fat, but when I mew correctly (to the point of not being able to breath anymore), it seems like I have a good jawline, but will losing enough weight make it visible ? or is skin gonna fall off even tho I'm not obese but just overweight ?
