Is this one surgery a good surgerymaxx ?

I have normal - good nose
have braces atm and looking into palate expanding in the summer
normal, green eyes, no exposure but have dark circles
have recessed chin and I think jaw also, bad posture
have big forehead also or rather a high set hairline, it is not receding (much) but hair is falling out a bit on the crown and on the sides.

Could this surgery solve my lower third problem ?

What do you mean by that ? I am not overweight, very good bmi. 181 cm and around 74 kg ( didnt weigh lately). I think I have around 15 % bf, but I dont need to lose much to know that I have a recessed chin. I think it would be a good cover up if I stay a bit high on bf and grow a beard then undergo the surgery and go full-workout mode and go to 10 % bf.
