mainly trying to focus on upper body to get a v taper and look more aesthetic

throw in some tips too if u have any

leg useless and chaining everything together at once isnt optimal where is rest day put them between the week not only weekend and go to failure

thats a lot of arms if I was going to 3x freq anything it would be shoulders

i don’t want chicken legs
and technically i am getting rest days because they will have time to recover when im working different muscle groups
and i do go to failure

then i don’t get it? your saying go to failure and i said i do then what do i change?
I wouldnt have just a shoulder and trap day that is very excessive run PPL if you want a six day splt or drop one day and run PPL UL
Pick a rep range doesnt really matter make sure it isnt to high or to low 8-12 is a fine one if you enjoy it I normally do these on iso movements and 5-8 for compounds try to hit 1 RIR on each set not your last then hit failiure last set. That is what I do but you can change it just make sure you enjoy what you are doing

but wouldn’t the schedule i already have help me build the v taper faster since im working on the specific parts that make up the v
just focus on the muscles that would help you build your v taper, for example focus on delts on your push day
