I would do lft2 but no surgeons do it. Also what kind of implants? My jaw is pretty wide from frontal but is lacking forward growth so would trimax be best for me?

Idk cba to look more into it, but the harmony and ratios is probably good, btw don't lift your head up or turn it or anything if you take pictures, just keep it neutral no frauding at all when u take pics for advice
