Im too scared oral fin will make me tranny

Topical fin inhibits systemic DHT almost just as much as oral fin fratello.

Hairline is definitely reversible, but the real problem is hair looks thin and weak. You'll start shedding all over your head as you get older if you don't take care of it

To be frank, the peak concentrations for topical are 100x smaller than for oral finasteride.

And plasma concentration of topical achieved is only 36% of the oral.

So, at least the dosage is way smaller.

Wash your hair only like once a week and use some hair oil like coconut, jojoba, argan, etc as conditioner

That's BS marketing. You only should use it once a week after you use it initially twice a week.

It's supposed to kill off bad scalp bacteria then used as a preventative. Most keto shampoos also dont contain any hydrating factors.

Revita is a good keto shampoo that has nutrients that reduce the scalp drying effect Nizoral and similar low grade keto shampoos can create.

Or you could add in additional DIY conditioner like mentioned above... Cheaper alternative to Revita

Do not use ketoconazole long-term. It is only for fungal alopecia which could be the case for some hair-loss patients but if you use it for months or years it could permanently damage collagen and hair follicles

I used to shampoo with Regenepure 2x a week for months on end and it created more dandruff.

After dropping to once a week or sometimes every other week & using a gentle shampoo my dry scalp improved and itchiness went away

But use it as much as you can tolerate I guess

ye that's why I said depending on where you get it ha.

did they seize your fin? they have an EU/turkey warehouse too. I bought a few 5mg fin packages from turkey and microdose 0.625mg. it's gonna last me for years.
