So i have to be my whole life on topical fin Ketoconazole etcHairline is definitely reversible, but the real problem is hair looks thin and weak. You'll start shedding all over your head as you get older if you don't take care of it
To be frank, the peak concentrations for topical are 100x smaller than for oral finasteride.Topical fin inhibits systemic DHT almost just as much as oral fin fratello.
Wash your hair only like once a week and use some hair oil like coconut, jojoba, argan, etc as conditionerSo i have to be my whole life on topical fin Ketoconazole etc
Bro i have to use Ketoconazole like every 2 days for it to be effectiveWash your hair only like once a week and use some hair oil like coconut, jojoba, argan, etc as conditioner
That's BS marketing. You only should use it once a week after you use it initially twice a week.Bro i have to use Ketoconazole like every 2 days for it to be effective

It's supposed to kill off bad scalp bacteria then used as a preventative. Most keto shampoos also dont contain any hydrating factors.
Revita is a good keto shampoo that has nutrients that reduce the scalp drying effect Nizoral and similar low grade keto shampoos can create.
Or you could add in additional DIY conditioner like mentioned above... Cheaper alternative to Revita
Thats not a bad brand but only 1% I believe?i have regenapureDR
2 broThats not a bad brand but only 1% I believe?
Do not use ketoconazole long-term. It is only for fungal alopecia which could be the case for some hair-loss patients but if you use it for months or years it could permanently damage collagen and hair folliclesThat's BS marketing.
