Is this split optimal?

I just read a thread for a UL split, which I do.
It states 2 chest, 3 shoulder, 3 back, and 2 for bicep / tricep.

Me, I do 2 chest, 2 back, 2 shoulder, 1 bicep, 1 tricep.
Will doing the 1st split cause too much fatigue? Or is it better than what I run?
