Made this 6 days split cz i was bored, ur thoughts on it :owo:



Chest & Back :
Inclined bp 3sets
Chest press 3sets
Wide grip pulldowns 3sets
Pec fly 2sets
Midback rows 3sets
Chest supported rows 3sets



Shoulders & Arms :
Lateral raises 3sets
Preacher curls 2sets
Overhead press 3sets
Hammer curls 3sets
Pushdowns 2sets
JM press 3sets



Legs & Abs :
Machine crunches 3sets
Leg extensions 3sets
Hyper extensions 3sets
Leg press 2sets
Ham curls 2sets
Abductors 1set
Adductors 1set
Calf raises 2sets
Dead hangs max*3
 
Why is it always the arms and the back chest lol
 
Well u might not want tot train chest & tri & shoulders or back & biceps if you're arms r underdeveloped so
Or just put arms first in your workout

This is going to have a bigger benefit on your arm development than if you would do a day dedicated to arms only
