Carnivore + Fruits (Fiber and Carb intake)

Carb intake about 10-30 grams, or wtv doesn't bloat you

Low sodium intake
Low sugar intake

Now, I know some people can argue that

Low sugar intake is braindead or whatnot, and that you need high glycemic index based foods to maximize growth (production of igf1) during puberty, and stay lean using environmental factors
like cardio

let me know:think:

Masaii and prehistorical human which all we're carnivore we're on average 185cm with incredible bones. Idk if fruit are needed because they really aren't any nutrient your body need in it and also carbs are non essencial. I found it easier to cut on pure carnivore ( feel better too ).

Fiber completely useless indesgestible carbage, you just poop it.

Leanmaxxing only goal = carnivore (no fruit, dairy)
For Getting taller, bigger, more muscle building = more fruit and dairy

Yeah eating high glycemic foods and some sugar will generally stimulate more appetite, more ghrelin, more IGF-1
