I have been looking around for the best supplements and came across many, i was wonder is this too much and what do i need to add or remove before i buy them.

Also take an AI like Aromosin instead of Chrysin (if thats what you're using it for)

Get Zinc and Magnesium.

What ashwagandha and omega 3 are you getting?

I was think ashwagandha root extract and omega 3 EPA, also where could i get Aromosin?

Make sure you get KSM-66 or Shoden Ashwagandha with about 300mg of ACTUAL KSM or Shoden Ashwagandha in it, lots of companies will put 5mg of real ashwagandha in it, and then 250mg of cheap Indian dogshit ashwagandha, effectively misleading people into thinking their product is good by labelling it as "KSM-66 ashwagandha".

Ashwagandha can be very effective only if you get real shit, 90% of ashwagandha sold is dogshit

As for Omega 3 I would recommend 6-8mg EPA/DHA every day, lots of fish oil is also poor quality, so make sure the fish oil is mercury tested AND distilled and has high dosages of EPA/DHA, you may need to take 3-4 fish oils capsules to get to this point.

You will have to find a source of Aromosin online, I got mine from Gympharmacy.com which seems legit, be careful since lots of vendors are scams
