My current vitamins - Vitamin d3 + k2, Calcium + d3, magnesium and Zinc, also considering getting lactoferrin pills. Are these even doing anything, im trying to improve bonemass potentially but mainly trying to grow and support puberty. 183cm 17 w open growth plates, should I js blast hgh.

yea minimal changes ur 17, using lactoferrin I’d recommend rn my stack is similar I use k2+d3 zma lactoferrin and boron
