Unless you can see into the future you don't know how you'll look after surgery with 100% accuracy. Cosmetic surgery is inherently unpredictable a lot of people spend 30k on surgeries overestimating the result. It's not like purchasing a car where you know exactly what you're getting that's why it's silly to say it "wasn't worth the money"

He looks like a bimax candidate to me im not sure why you claim otherwise. If he was truly not a candidate he would look uncanny after the bimax but he doesnt. His midface got significantly less flat

The advancement amount to price ratio is brutal, that's the real sticking point to me. Practically highway robbery, even excluding the price of the implants.

These are movements even the most ultra conservative, function-only boomer surgeons would do. This guy likely could have got the trimax for free in his own country

I would never be so mad about this result if it was just some healthcare/insurance case where minor recession was fixed with minor movements. But he was charged a goddamn house deposit for this
