Not necessarily, his chin height and overall shape from the front is good. He needs to wait and see what he looks like after bimax. possible genioplasty. He may not need anything after that in regards to his lower third.

Adding vertical length to his chin would look comical. And standard genioplasty certainly does not even add vertical length to the chin. The bone would move "up and out/forward".

I think it depends on the ratio/width of the face to be able to pull off this look, both Delon and o'pry have a bit wider and longer midfaces

Your maxilla right now isn't completely hopeless. And your mandible is actually of decent lenght, you are not completely recessed. But you need more ramus, imo in your case it could be crucial.

I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of partial chin wing being done along with bimax, would that help my ramus? Or if I just got chin wing and LeFort 1, wouldn’t that give me overbite since the full mandible isn’t being advanced?

Why would you do Lefort 1? In your case chin wing has a higher priority than bimax.

No, because your problem is your ramus is almost non existing, you need to lenghten it a bit first

What can I do with the brows? Anything non-surgical and if not what surgery is needed. As for orbital decompression, I don’t think my eyes protrude much at all, orbital implants and lower eyelid retraction should be enough
