Is time you go sleep cope as long as you get same amount?

Like if you would to sleep every night from 2-9am is that less optimal than 12-7am

The period after midnight is the most enjoyable part of the day by far
 
it is cope

having 2 wake up at a "normal" time for me makes me tired and groggy for the rest of day regardless of how many hrs i sleep

heard somewhere that between 10 and 12pm u have the most of hgh release and shi. ALTOUGH i didn't really check it and everything so im just saying
 
10ish-11ish to 6ish-7ish is probably the most optimal, obviously 8+ hours time wise.

Mainly just for the sun tbh, I believe synthesizing vitamin D isn't cope.
