Is timing a big failo in ascending?

Is it a good idea if i time my ascenscion,
Spending half of the year as lhtn and then from one point on i just ascend as much as pissible.

Or should i do it step after step?

Things like teeth whitening, getting your facial hair perfectly aligned and cut, loosing fat, debloating. Atm im a bloated roidcel
