no sides but i think the main one you can get is constipation so you have to eat some greens and drink enough water , i've lost 6 kgs until now in 3 months but i'm doing it supposedly don't want to starve too much , i could probably lose easily much more

Yeah. Id say try sema first. If you can handle it, stick to that tbh. Semas side were too strong for me. However i had zero sides on tirz. Switching to reta cuz im sourcing from china now and they have reta, so why not.

2.5mg every 6 days. I was never on 5mg but i would say thats way more than enough
