I do multiple sessions a day and I honestly don’t see what everyone is talking about. People argue fatigue but honestly that’s for whiny cry babies who can’t walk more than 30 mins. I have been starvemaxxing for the last week and a half so I’m quite malnourished. I’ve honestly seen more benefits and have had no problem.

Sessions:
1st session (on the walking pad) 3 speed for 60 mins
2nd session (15 incline 3.5 speed) usually for 30 minutes
3 and 4ish: kinda a bonus but I like to walk around my city for about 2-3 miles after every cardio session.

I burn around 1000-1200 calories (and I still incorporate heavy weight lifting and my strength hasn’t declined)

Lmk your thoughts I think it’s bullshit and cope

Er I when I started I was 173lbs and today when I weighed in at 166lb . I’d rather not discuss my height

Yep cardio is shit. It feels like shit, u will just feel hungrier (so why even eat the calories u burn in the first place), it takes fucking forever, oh and it depletes all ur glycogen

i ride my indoor bike 2 hrs every night i dont think ive noticed any like srs health detriments im just too lazy to muh nerd out on calory counting

So ur telling me im coping when u spend 2 and a half hours out of ur day which is like almost a quater of ur waking hours doing various cardio instead of just taking retatrutide or some roids? Nigga u can maintain and even lose bf while eating only fast food and having a shit lifestyle on gear. Sorry but my time is worth more than this pointless, painful, inefficient grind.

remember kids if u dont want to tear muscle off ur frame then keep ur deficit under 500 or take roids!!! either way this guy is an idiot wasting his time. more isnt better

fair enough, try to atleast supplement micro/macro nutrients if ur starve maxxing you dont want to be malnourished

Idk but after ~ 30 mins of incline walking + ~ 20 mins of running I feel like my T drops. Could be coping or idk

But cardio is good for health no?
 
My personal record for Starvemaxxing 4 weeks. I would lose 3 or 4 pounds a day Clearance you're not serious about it so it's over for you
