Add back and neck and your golden
Optimal wprkout Split
Neck curl
Incline press Variation (front delt Upper chest (upper chest is the most aesthetic part of the chest help fraud gyno if you have it and 90% of people have already developed lower Pecs)
Pull up variation with a chin up Variation for the backs
Shrugs for the Traps
Lateral raise
Reverse fly
Hammer curl (for foreams and biceps)
Leg raises (again most people have already
Would highly recommend a triceps long head isolation
developed upper abs so training the lower abs seems smarter)
Aslong you don’t have chicken legs no need to train them and calves is genetics of you have subhuman calves youll probably have below average calces after training them so not worth it

Its just that gymcelling is overrated by normies but its legit
If your high Mtn you could probably get to Low htn if you get a top tier Swimmer physique
 
Back, chest and neck matter as well.

if you want to look feminine and rapeable then yea sure

my chest got way smaller than everything else and it just looks so unaesthetic and ugly , throws off my physique even tho i have wide shoulders
