I agree but I would still train them to some extent focusing on quads and calves and do cardio on those days.

I really try to train my legs because I hate having skinny legs; they look horrible. Legs 1x a week is not bad at all.

yeah usually for each nuscle 2x frequency at least is good and 3x is even more optimal but since i cant got more than 3 days a week and dont wanna do fullbody thats the thing i do
