I mean… what you’re getting from training it, it looks very not aesthetic imo and almost every back exercise work on it aswell so it’s pointless to work on specifically.

When you train shoulder traps are in it in some form

its enough since your traps shouldnt be to big it would look weird

No training traps doesnt have any positives I dont train them and they look unproportionally big if I dont pull my shoulders back

I used to skip it but I recently began training and maintaining it because it looked disproportionate to my body

yeah but the delt is the main muscle being trained so the trap doesn't get much work

i thought my physique just looked goofy because everything was developed but I had small traps

i think a big factor is that I had generally low T and muscle building genetics as cope as it sounds. Maybe for somebody else it grew naturally as a side effect but they didn't genuinely grow in size until I started isolating them
