They are very obvious once you know what to look for, but yeah most normies don't have any idea, mostly because they don't really have a conception of what it means for a woman to transition, not because women are particularly good at transitioning. The normie knows what a FTM is theory but IRL is a different story. The idea that a young healthy woman would cut off her tits and grow a beard through testosterone injections is just too outside of their reality for them to acknowledge.
