So basically I have tretinoin and take it, however tretinoins duties entail rapid exfoliation of the skin and also acts as a treatment for acne (I have the mild kind), I’m wondering if there’s any better alternatives? I’m looking into retinol but my main concern is photoaging, which is better in improving appearance regarding that aspect
