Look at photos at the bottom, 6'0 so I wouldn't consider ll, 20yo. Feel as if my 2 largest points are jaw/chin recession and my lack of infraorbital support. Ive done infra orbital prf a few times for the coloring. For my lower third my only option is trimax. Jutting is easy, but I am not going to rely on it for the rest of my life lmao. Have seen mixed reviews on tear trough implants so skeptical on that. (No sure why the photos uploaded so lq)

Yes

An augmentation rhino might contribute to a better side profile too.

Wouldn't I get that reduction in my dorsal hump and amplify my upwards turn in my nose through the maxillas forward projection
That will probably improve the nasal area, but I don't know to which extent. A complementary rhino might still be necessary for optimal aesthetics.
Other users may have a more definite opinion on this matter.

When you eventually start planning the surgery, make sure to have your chin rotated, as it currently lacks a good amount of height. I tried to simulate that in the morph. It will need both lateral advancement and vertical augmentation.

Yes I 100% agree with you, I need a better chin to philtrum ratio as it's practically 1:1 rn lmao. Which type of genio would you think is best for that type of movement?

Not really. You would get a better side in theory, but means jack shit when the main problem is your front. Trimax won't do much for your front here
