For context. I have been on Braces for 1 & 1/2 years, and recently finished them. I am now ready for Jaw surgery, but overwhelmed with different treatment techniques, and all the different surgeons.
Id just like my jaw to be "normal" and not recessed, but since i am doing this id like it to be as aesthethic as possible. I would also like to fix the labiodental fold, and increase the vertical height
