Is using finasteride low dosage less than 0.5 mg good for nofap?

The dosages here are 1mg to 5 mg, I used to take 5mg

Libido was low indeed, but if i take lets say 10% of 1mg is this good risk to reward ratio? To decrease libido while not fucking up ones health?
