What do u guys think about Vitamin d3?
I'm thinking about buying more Huperzine A, or buy Vitamin D3, or buy Lions Mane or MK4.
What are the benefits of vitamin d3

It really won't do anything unless your deficient. I take 5,000 UI every night. But I also get out in the sun for an hour, which I recommend not for the Vitamin D but for the UV sun exposure, which in moderation can weaken your immune system thus improving your skin and muscle gains,

you should take bc of corona anyway, helps a lot with prevention and severity of respiratory tract infections

take it, its really important. also dont use the meme fake ass vitamin supplements that are made from plants LOL. real vit D3 isnt found in plants at all. Take cod liver oil it has vit a + D

its almost impossible to OD on vit D. the plant based vitamins are toxic as hell to the body btw

D3 is def worth taking, at least 2000 iu's a day. getting a test done to see which vitamins youre deficient in is a good way of seeing which vitamins to go for.

i take

morning:
creatine + citrulline mallate
l-theanine + caffeine before i work out

midday: vitamin D

afternoon: lions mane

evening: tongkat ali 10% nd

night: magnesium + zinc picolante
