Like I heard it's relifs stress and don't do aging bcz of low stress cardio and helps lose fat and if in puberty helps with height and posture
Plz let me know what is your daily steps count

Yes I walk minimum 30 minutes a day in treadmill with incline

Nah walking ages you too. As sedentary as possible is best but not absolute bed bound. Like, maybe small amount of slow walking to go get some necessities but really that's it.
