assuming you’d eat the same as when you wave up at your normal time.
if you are awake longer (and don’t deviate from normal diet and you don’t eat extra food than you wouldn’t have if you slept in) you’d obviously burn more cals being awake and moving than sleeping, so you’d leanmax deficit would be larger if u eat same.
and in that extra hour awake you can walk and burn probably like 300 cals
is it worth it? (the extra cals burnt will eventually build up to lbs on fat loss)
