you follow the rules of thermodynamics to get lean you stupid ass retard. literally just eat clean, do physical activity, sleep, drink 2L water daily, address underlying health issues if you think you have any. thats it, literally just minor calories deficit day by day you dont need to starve like a fucking retard, im also pretty sure its actually impossible to survive withouth drinking water for 7 days

You dont even need to exercise, eat less but more nutritious food (meat) so you get all ur body is used to right now but at a lower calorie intake

started running for 90 minutes a day and it helped me getting rid off of cravings for sugar and junk food, everyone should do physical activity regardless tbh i really recommend it

Read how to properly enter a fasting, if you enter incorrectly you can really die, and also you will most likely need to do enemas
 
do not go over 500 cal deficit or ur body will go into fat reserve mode making ur lean gains even slower, slow and steady wins the race focus on ur health bro
