Is waterpulling the most underrated method of all time and does it work?

I decided to revisit pneumo’s old thread on waterpulling: LEAKING OG 100% DEBLOAT METHOD - ANY BF%


It seems insanely effective and supposedly lasts 1-2 weeks.

This is what we know: Pneumo claims he had been doing it for years (the before/after pics look insane). He also claimed Jordan Barrett used this method, however waterpulling doesn’t seem biologically plausible. Water is distributed throughout the tissue in your face, pulling it through an insulin syringe would mainly just draw blood and tissue fluid in very localized areas. If this is somehow real or if anyone else has tried it, please let us know because honestly I have no idea..
